M. A. Sethu Rao
M. A. Sethu Rao (born 1924 Mysore), B.Sc.(Hons) 1944, M.Sc. 1946. Lecturer in Chemistry in various colleges. Appointed as Executive Secretary, Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology some time in 1976. Helped in getting financial grants from KSCST to run Balavijnana as a prelude to establish KRVP for 2 years. Became Secretary for 10 years. Mainly the one who placed the organisation on a firm footing.
A. Krishna Bhat
Adyanadka Krishna Bhat born 1938, at Adyanadka (Sounth Canara), B.Sc (Hons) and M.A. from Madras University. Appoined a lecturer in Vijaya college, Mulki (South Canara). Starated a Kannada Science monthly `Vijnana Loka’ in Suratkal, which ran successfully for about 7 years. The journal struggled for existence because of financial difficulties and had to stop publication later.
Associated himself with the founding of KRVP in 1980. Was a member of a 3-man committee set up for preparing the bye-laws. Editor of Balavijnana for 11 years since 1998. In his official position he rose to become a professor. Retired around 1998 and then settle in Mysore since then.
